Bipasha Basu born in Delhi on 7th January 1979. To a Bengali family. Her father is a civil engineer and mother is house wife. She is a 2nd one of her three sisters. Her nick name is Bonny. She was born in New Delhi but most of the time she spends in Kolkata.She is Bachelore’s of Commerce from The Bhawanipur Gujarati Education Society College, Kolkata.
In an interview she says that he want to be a doctor but accidently she entered modeling and acting. She did modelling and rampshows partime in the beginning . Most attracting features of Bips her eyes and height (5’8”)..
Razz and Corporate are the most successful film in her career .
At the age of 17 she participated, and won the Godrej Cinthol Supermodel contest. After wining this award she went to New York where she start his modeling career as a profession.
Her first debut film was Ajnabee with Akshay Kumar ,Bobby Deol , Kareena Kapoor directed by Abbas Mastan and won the Film fare Best Female Debut Award .
Bipasha Basu is engaged with John Abraham since 2002 . And the media people referred as a super couple . In 2005 and 2007, UK magazine Eastern Eye named Basu the "Sexiest Woman in Asia".
